The same as my regular Apple Butter Pucker BBQ Sauce only for those who like it with a little more heat but not so much you won't enjoy it.
"Eastern North Carolina style sauce."
This sauce is best for pulled pork or pulled chicken. It is intentionally thin and vinegary so it soaks into the meat. If you're a big fan of Eastern North Carolina style BBQ then this sauce is for you. It can also be used on whole cuts of meat like ribs, pork chops, and chicken but not designed to be used as a basting sauce. Serve it at the table to be poured on or dipped into while eating these items.
